    1. Introductory Provisions

    These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between:

    Registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 245289

    (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

    and

    Buyer – a natural or legal person entering into a purchase agreement via the online store.

    These Terms form an integral part of the purchase agreement.

    2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

    All presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to conclude a contract.
    The purchase agreement is concluded upon submission of the order by the Buyer and its confirmation by the Seller.
    The Buyer is obliged to check all entered data before submitting the order.
    The contract is concluded in the Czech language.

    3. Price of Goods and Payment Terms

    All prices are stated including VAT and all applicable fees.
    The price is valid for the period it is displayed on the website.

    The Buyer may pay the price using the following methods:

    • online payment

    • bank transfer

    Delivery costs are displayed before the order is completed.

    4. Delivery of Goods

    Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
    The delivery time is indicated for each product or confirmed by email.
    Unless stated otherwise, the maximum delivery period is 30 days.
    The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt.

    5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Consumer)

    A Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason.

    Conditions:

    • the withdrawal period runs from the receipt of the goods

    • withdrawal may be submitted via email or a form

    • the Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods

    Refunds:

    • the Seller will refund the payment within 14 days

    • the Seller may wait until the goods are returned

    Diminution in Value:
    The Buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

    Exceptions to Withdrawal:
    Withdrawal is not possible for:

    • customized goods

    • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

    • digital content after it has been made available

    6. Complaints and Rights from Defective Performance

    The Buyer has the right to file a complaint if the goods are defective.

    Consumer:

    • liability for defects lasts 24 months

    • defects appearing within 12 months are presumed to have existed at delivery

    Buyer’s rights:

    • repair

    • replacement

    • price reduction

    • withdrawal from the contract

    Complaint handling:

    • without undue delay

    • no later than 30 days

    7. Digital Content and Services

    If the subject of performance is digital content:

    • it must conform to the contract

    • it must be functional and compatible

    The Buyer acknowledges that:

    • by making digital content available, the right of withdrawal may expire

    8. User Reviews

    Reviews may be verified (e.g., only from actual customers).
    If they are not verified, this will be explicitly stated.

    9. Discounts and Price History

    When displaying discounts:

    • the lowest price within the last 30 days is indicated

    10. Personal Data Protection

    The processing of personal data is governed by a separate document titled “Privacy Policy”.

    11. Cookies

    The website uses cookies based on user consent.

    • essential cookies – always active

    • analytical and marketing cookies – only with consent

    The user can change settings via the cookie banner.

    12. Alternative Dispute Resolution

    A consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution.

    13. Final Provisions

    These Terms are valid from April 22, 2026.
    The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
    Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
